Through the Hi MATE mobile application and the SOS button behind the steering wheel, customers can quickly and easily report faults with the Hi CARE solution.
If there is a serious problem of failure or malfunction of the device or drive unit, a professional engineer will contact you within 48 hours after accepting the error report to provide a solution and replace the spare parts.
The Hi CARE solution analyzes operator driving habits and provides guidance to improve work efficiency, continuously monitoring equipment in good working order, and performs on-site preventive maintenance when necessary. (Planned for release in North America and South Korea in the first half of 2021.)
